Food Inspiration Magazine

Food Inspiration Magazine is the online magazine for foodservice professionals in search of inspiration and innovation.

The free subscription digital magazine is published eight times per year and is an abundant source of inspiration for professionals in the world of food and hospitality. Our first readers can be found in the U.S., Northern Europe and parts of Asia.

Foodies that have a more than average interest in food & drinks relate strongly to the content and style of the online publication as well. With the magazine we collect, enrich and spread inspiration.

Traveling is a must

The last years we traveled to Las Vegas, Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco, Austria, Madrid, London, Hamburg, Antwerp, Copenhagen, Paris, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore and many more cities. We met dozens of entrepreneurs with incredible success stories.

For trend watchers traveling is a must. Inspiration is all around us. Often it's easier to look within your own circles at comparable concepts or recognized target groups, but it’s more fascinating when you get inspired by subjects that are less obvious. Where do trend watchers get their information and inspiration? What is the difference between a trend and a hype? Is that crystal ball filled with facts or hunches? In this magazine we will give an insight on our work, and show you our ‘how-to’ top 12 for trend watching.

If you are not a professional trend watcher, you have to do it ‘on the side.’ With limited time, you should at least attend one food fair, conference or event each year that allows you to be brought up to speed quickly. Each country has its own leading events. We pointed out some great events and in this magazine. Enjoy!
